I have over 2500 hours of continuing education. Some of the more memorable classes were blood spatter analysis, forensic hypnotist, drug recognition expert, and crime prevention specialist.
I have lectured police officers at local, state, and national conferences on Use of Force, Police Ethics, and community policing issues.
I have worked in the community college system as an adjunct instructor, Director of Regional Police Academy, Chair/Department of Public Safety, and Dean of Academic Affairs. I retired from the Community College system in Texas, August 2009.
